Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

• ✅ Unopened products in original packaging
• ✅ Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery)
• ✅ Wrong item received
• ❌ Opened or used personal care/beauty products (hygiene reasons)
• ❌ Items damaged due to misuse
• ❌ Sale items (unless defective)
