Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with every RAHATY purchase.

Eligible Items for Return

• Items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Items received damaged or defective — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Items that do not match the description on our website

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
• Hygiene-sensitive products (facial devices that have been used on skin)
• Items purchased during clearance sales marked as "Final Sale"

How to Request a Return

Contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order:

Refund Timeline

• Card payments (Stripe): Refund within 5–7 business days to your original card
• Cash on Delivery orders: Bank transfer within 5–7 business days (provide IBAN)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Do you deliver to all UAE emirates?

Yes. We deliver to all seven UAE emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our secure Stripe checkout. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all UAE emirates.

How does Cash on Delivery work?

Choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Pay the courier in cash (AED) when your order arrives at your door. A small COD surcharge of AED 5 applies. You do not need a credit card.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days, contact us at hello@rahaty.shop.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify an order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp at +971 58 510 9700. Once dispatched, you would need to initiate a return after delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rahaty.shop or WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Are your products safe to use?

All beauty and wellness accessories sold by RAHATY are for cosmetic and personal wellness use only. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always read the included instructions before use.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you within 1 business day and issue a full refund.

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED)
• VAT is applied where applicable per UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations
• The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay
• We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to technical errors

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
